Overview
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags. Refunds processed within 5–7 business days.
How to return

Email sales@puresoulstudio.com with your order number. We respond within 1–2 business days.
Pack your parcel
Pack securely in original packaging. Include your order number inside.
Ship it back
Use a tracked service. We cannot be responsible for parcels lost in return transit.
Refund issued
Once received and inspected, your refund is processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Refund processed to your original payment method. Allow 3–5 additional days for your bank.
Faulty items

If you received a faulty or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours with your order number and a photo. Return shipping is covered by us.
